VoxRider is a mobile application that connects to a Bluetooth rear-view cycling radar and announces detected vehicles as spoken audio alerts. This policy describes what data the app accesses and how it is handled.

Summary

VoxRider does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. All data stays on your device. The app makes no network calls and contains no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.

Information the app uses

• Bluetooth. The app uses Bluetooth solely to discover and communicate with a cycling rear-view radar device. Radar data (vehicle count, distance, speed) is processed on-device in real time, used to generate spoken alerts, and is not stored or transmitted.
• App preferences. Settings you configure (paired device identifier, speech rate, debug toggles) are stored locally on the device using the operating system's standard preferences storage. This data never leaves your device.

Information the app does NOT use

• Location services (GPS).
• Microphone, camera, contacts, calendar, photos, or health data.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android).
• Analytics or crash-reporting services.
• User accounts, sign-in, or any form of identity.

Network access

VoxRider does not make any network requests. The app does not require an internet connection to function.

Children's privacy

VoxRider does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

Third-party services

VoxRider does not embed third-party analytics, advertising, social, or tracking services. The app communicates only with the Bluetooth radar device you have explicitly paired with it.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in any material way, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last updated" date.
