Troubleshooting

The app won't find my radar

• Make sure the radar is powered on and not currently paired to another head unit (it can only stream to one device at a time).
• Confirm Bluetooth is enabled in iOS Settings and that VoxRider has Bluetooth permission.
• Power-cycle the radar, then retry the pair flow.

I can't hear alerts

• Check the phone is not on silent mode and the media volume is up.
• If using Bluetooth headphones, confirm they're connected and selected as audio output.
• Try the in-app test alert from the main screen.

Alerts cut out or feel laggy

• Keep the phone in a jersey or back pocket — not inside a metal bottle cage or zipped behind thick fabric — for best Bluetooth range.
• Close other apps that may be heavily using Bluetooth.
